Tonight's workout:

Lat pull downs 3 sets @ 15 reps
Lateral rows 3 sets @ 15 reps
Raised rows 3 sets @ 15 reps
Cable curls 3 sets @ 15 reps
Hammer curls 3 sets @ 15 reps
30 minutes of cardio on elliptical

Dang I'm pooped!
